Edward Oliver Leblanc, M.P. ,35, was civil servant before he turned politician. He resigned from the Civil Service in 1952 and went into the agricultural business. He worked with the Banana Association for several years and then last year won a seat on the Legislative Council. He is also a member of the Dominica Labour Party.
