Kenneth Hill, M.P. is a former P.N.P. Vice-President, a former member of the House of Representives, and a former Mayor of Kingston. Mr. Hill is a long time trade unionist and is also a journalist by profession. When he lost his seat in the House to Mr. Hugh shearer of the Jamaica Labour Party, Mr. Hill became attached to the Spotlight News Magazine of which he served for a while as acting Editor.
