Biographical / Historical
Dr. Patrick Dyer, trained teacher, lecturer and education administrator, was Principal of the Port of Spain Teachers' College in the 1960s. He later served as Director of Education, Ministry of Education and Culture in the 1970s. He was also a member of the Psychological Association.
