The series consists of bound volumes and instruments related to conveyancing transactions between Caroni (1975) Limited and its predecessors (Caroni Limited: A Subsidiary of Tate and Lyle) on the one hand and private individuals, Corporations and the Government on the other. The volumes are arranged in chronological order and it consists of the following particulars with respect to Caroni Lands: Date of execution of deed, Date of Registration, Description of parcel of land, Type/Nature of ownership (tenancy or in absolute) Name of Conveyancer and Nature of the transaction.
